I started training with Nicole in December 2021. I hadn't been in the gym in a while because of some health issues, but wanted to get in shape and build strength both for my own long-term health but also to get in shape for my wedding! Nicole was amazing from day 1. She was supportive and made the training environment seem safe and much less daunting. She has always pushed me to try new things, whether that is lifting heavier or doing a new exercise. I have achieved so much in the last few months, none of which would have been possible without Nicole! The full experience has been so helpful for me - weekly check-ins and help in setting goals for macros and calories has helped me to stay on track. Nicole's knowledge of functional fitness and how nutrition and other factors affect our ability to train is honestly mind-blowing. I am always learning from her and to top it all off she's a lovely, kind, funny, empathetic and driven person. If you're considering personal training, look no further. You won't regret it!
