New clients sign up to a once off payment of 8 weeks of coaching.
The program is divided into two 4 week blocks. Both the training and nutrition program will be changed based on how you are progressing in the program.
Immediately upon sign up you will receive a welcome email guiding you every step of the way.
We will ask you some questions so we can tailor the program to you and your lifestyle.

Nutritional guidance with calories and macros specifically for your goal. We don't provide quick fixes like meal plans. We provide you with the tools to navigate life's movements of events and holiday periods and to make smart decisions when it comes to your diet.
Habit tracking to improve your lifestyle and diet. We dive deeper into your sleep, stress management and self care - everything that often slips when times get tough.
Accountability with weekly check ins. You will be designated a check in day where you and your coach will be updated on how you are progressing, reviewing your goals and the best way to get there.
