February Community Walk and Coffee
At BASE, we talk a lot about strength.
Strength in the gym.

But real strength is also built outside the four walls.
This February, we are inviting you to join us for a simple community morning. A relaxed walk or run followed by coffee and chats. No pressure. No performance. Just movement and connection.
Why We Are Doing This
Training is powerful. It builds resilience, confidence and capability.
But community is what makes it sustainable.
We are not just a gym. We are a supportive, welcoming environment where people come to feel better, stronger and more connected.
This event is about exactly that.
What To Expect
We will meet at BASE and head out for an easy paced walk or run suitable for all levels. This is not about speed or steps. It is about showing up.
Afterwards, we will grab a coffee together and enjoy some time to chat, laugh and reset for the weekend.
Bring a friend if you would like. The more the better.
