Rachael came to us two years ago with a few health issues, she wanted build strength and focus on improving her health. Rachael’s personal training sessions were carefully designed to address her specific health issues, ensuring that her workouts were safe and effective. Our mission at BASE is to educate and coach individuals to live healthier, stronger and fitter lives, and Rachael’s progress is a testament to that commitment.
